Cancellations made within 7 days before the arrival date will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made within 10 days before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 15 days before the arrival date will receive a 25% refund.
Cancellations made more than 15 days before the arrival date will receive a 15% refund.
Any changes to the reservation must be made at least 15 days before the arrival date, otherwise they will be subject to the cancellation policy outlined above.
If a guest is forced to leave the resort due to breaking resort rules or causing disturbance to other guests, no refund will be given.
In case of unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters or pandemics, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
